- Layer in 8x11 baking pan: 1/4 sauce mixture, 3 uncooked noodles (press into sauce lightly), 1cup cottage cheese, 1 1/4c shredded cheese. Repeat. Add one more layer of sauce, one more layer of noodles and the last layer of sauce. Top with last 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, and the Parmesan cheese.

- Cover lasagna with tinfoil covered in baking spray. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes. Remove tinfoil, broil for a few minutes until cheese browns. Let stand 10 minutes.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated until cooking. Just throw it in the oven as it is preheating and continue as directed. Can be frozen, just thaw before baking.
