  3. Now it’s time to assemble your lasagne. Get a large baking dish. Spread a layer of Bolognese mince sauce in the base. Top with lasagne sheets (I dip them into boiling water before layering the sheets up) and then a thin layer of white sauce. Repeat!
  4. Finish with a layer of white sauce. You can tip with cheese or vegan cheese, but if you don’t like vegan cheese like me it is still satisfyingly tasty without (but be generous with your white sauce here).
  5. Bake in the oven at 190 C for 50 mins.
