- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 .tbsp butter
- 6 lasagne sheets boiled
- 1 cup processed cheese grated
- 1/2 cup mozrella cheese grated
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated

- Heat a pan. To this add oil and butter.
- Add chopped onion.and and saute for few minutes
- Now add ginger garlic paste and dried masala and cook for few minutes
- Add tomato puree and cook for few minutes.
- Now add chicken mince and cook for few minutes.
- Then squeeze water from methi leaves to remove bitterness and.add to.chicken.Add salt and cook for few more minutes
- Now mix curd and cream in a bowl.Add this to chicken. Cook for couple of minutes and switch off flame
- Now grease a baking dish.
- Mix all the three cheese in a plate.
- In baking dish spread lasagne sheet.Spread cheee all over Lasgane sheet.Top this with chicken.and methi mixture.
- Alternatively layer lasagne sheet,cheese.and chicken methi mixture.Top this with remaining cheese.
- Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degree for 15 mins then at 200 degree for another 5-7 mins till cheese starts bubbling on top.
